This was the first song I heard by Tori Amos, the opening to Little Earthquakes. My mom insisted I listen to her when I was 13 and this album in particular became an all-time favorite.

My most viewed youtube video is my acacella rendition of this song at a house recital in August 2008. I wanted to keep the feel of this, that everyone loved so much, but the dry undistorted mix I came up with lacked balls (ovaries?) so I added a ton of distortion and loved the result despite knowing that adding tons of distortion is usually a cop-out. But I feel it works well with the rest of the album, so I kept it.
